The Rehabilitation Council of India(RCI) was set up as a registered society in 1986.On September,1992 the RCI Act was enacted by Parliament and it became a Statutory Body on 22 June 1993.The Act was amended by Paliament in 2000 to make it more broadbased.The mandate given to RCI is to regulate and monitor services given to persons with disability,to standardise syllabi and to maintain a Central Rehabilitation Register of all qualified professionals and personnel working in the field of Rehabilitation and Special Education.The Act also prescribes punitive action against unqualified persons delivering services to persons with disability.

ICAR AIEEA 2019 will be organized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. It is a national level entrance exam which is conducted once in a year. It is organized by the name of All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA). The admission will be offered in the bachelor degree courses and master’s degree programmes offered by the various agricultural universities.

- The university has released the application form through online mode from 1st February 2019.
- Fill all the required details in the AMU admission form 2019.
- Upload the scanned images of recent photograph, signature and left hand thumb impression (right thumb impression for females).
- After completing the application, take a printout of the application on A4 size paper.
- Affix the photograph and put thumb impression and signature at the designated application.
- Attach all the relevant documents and submit it by hand or via speed/registered post or courier to the university.

Delhi University 2019 Application Form is starting from 15th April 2019. Delhi University shortly known as DU (University of Delhi) is a public central university established in the year of 1922. Keralite:
- Candidates belong to Kerala SC (KSC) and Kerala ST (KST) communities are eligible for applying.
- SEBC candidates of Kerala State those are certified as belonging to non-creamy layer are eligible for 5% relaxation in the minimum required marks for qualifying examination.
For UG Courses:
- Qualifying Exam: For all UG programmes, candidate should have completed their 12th from a recognized board.
- Minimum Marks: For UG Programmes (except Marine Engineering), SEBC candidates belong to Non-Creamy Layer of Kerala State have to obtain 45% in PCM (physics, Chemistry Mathematics) taken together.
- B.Com LLB/BBA LLB: 10+2 examination should be passed with 60% marks (for science group) and 55% marks (for Arts/Commerce/Humanities group).
- Age Limit: 20 years as on 1st July 2019 (22 years for SC/ST and OBC candidates).
- LLB: Graduation in any stream from a University recognized from CUSAT by securing 40% aggregate marks (35% for SC/ST).
- Appearing candidates may also apply.
