For the Hire-Train-Deploy programme, register for the ATEiiic exam via the admissions portal. The exam is conducted online in partnership with L&T EduTech. 75 minutes, 50 questions, no negative marking. Top ~200 performers qualify for HTD.

Correction Window: April 1–6, 2026
After form submission, a correction window will be available from April 1 to 6, 2026. Use this to correct any errors in your form. No changes permitted after the window closes.

Download Admit Card (April 17, 2026+)
Admit cards will be available for download from April 17, 2026 from the admission portal. The hall ticket carries the exact venue, date and time of the entrance test for your programme. Carry printed hall ticket + valid photo ID on exam day.

Appear for Entrance Test (April 26, 2026 onwards)
Appear in the offline (OMR-based) entrance test from April 26, 2026. Negative marking of −0.25 per wrong answer applies (school exams excluded). Tests for different programmes are scheduled across multiple dates through May 2026.

Shortlisted candidates list published after results. PG and some UG programmes may have interview rounds in October 2026. Final selected list published. Counselling and admission formalities to be completed by end of October 2026. Produce original documents at time of admission.

Reservation PolicyAdmission follows Kerala University reservation norms including SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, Differently Abled (PwD), and other categories as per Government of Kerala norms. Detailed reservation chapter in Prospectus 2026. Claims for mandatory reservation and bonus marks made at time of online registration cannot be altered later — be careful when applying.
Bonus Marks / WeightageEligible bonus marks added to CAT score for preparation of rank list. Categories include: NCC, NSS, Ex-Servicemen wards, Sports, and other categories as per MGU norms. Details available in Chapter 10 of the Prospectus 2026 at cat.mgu.ac.in.
