Create Account and Fill Application
Create your account using email and mobile number. Fill in personal details, academic qualifications, programme choice. Select Scheme A or Scheme B.

Upload Certificates & ID Proof
Upload: Plus Two mark list / Degree certificate + mark lists, SSLC, community certificate (if SC/ST/OEC), ID proof (Aadhaar), passport-size photo, and any other required documents.

Pay Fee & Submit
Pay the course fee online. SC/ST/OEC candidates eligible for fee concession must also register on the Kerala e-grants portal. Submit the form before the last date. Admission is merit-based; no entrance exam for CDOE programmes.

Create CAP ID
Register using your mobile number (OTP verification). Click "New User (Create CAP ID)". Fill in basic details to generate a CAP ID and password, which will be sent to your registered mobile number. Use only student's/parent's/guardian's mobile number.

Fill Application & Choose Colleges
Login with CAP ID and password. Fill personal and academic details. Select course/college choices in priority order. Scan and upload photo, signature and academic documents.

Pay Application Fee
Pay via SBI Online / Payment Gateway / Friends Janasevana Kendram / Akshaya Centres. Printout of application generated only after successful payment. Note: Application with late fee accepted in some cases.

Appear in CU-CET (if applicable) — May 14–16, 2026
Download admit card from admission.uoc.ac.in. Appear in the entrance test on your allotted date (May 14/15/16, 2026). Carry admit card + valid photo ID. Exam is MCQ-based, objective type.

After exam, rank list published at admission.uoc.ac.in. Multiple allotment rounds under CAP. Confirm seat, pay fee online. Report to allotted college/department with original documents for verification and final admission.
