The Agniveer scheme is a recruitment programme introduced to provide young people an opportunity to serve in the Indian Army for four years with military training, discipline, and professional skills.

ATEiiic Exam (For HTD Programme Applicants)

For the Hire-Train-Deploy programme, register for the ATEiiic exam via the admissions portal. The exam is conducted online in partnership with L&T EduTech. 75 minutes, 50 questions, no negative marking. Top ~200 performers qualify for HTD.

Admit cards will be available for download from April 17, 2026 from the admission portal. The hall ticket carries the exact venue, date and time of the entrance test for your programme. Carry printed hall ticket + valid photo ID on exam day.

Appear in the offline (OMR-based) entrance test from April 26, 2026. Negative marking of −0.25 per wrong answer applies (school exams excluded). Tests for different programmes are scheduled across multiple dates through May 2026.

Create Account & Personal Profile

Register with minimum personal details. Create a password (must have at least 1 special character + 1 numeral). Note your Application Number for future login. Fill Personal Profile: personal details and bonus mark details (NCC/NSS/Sports etc.).

Choose Programmes (Max 4 from different Schools)

Click "Applied For" → select qualification → list of available programmes shown. Choose maximum programmes from 4 different Schools/Departments/Centres only. A cluster of programmes in the same School with one entrance test = one option with one fee.

Upload Photo & Select Exam Centre

Upload recent passport-size photo (JPG/JPEG, below 200KB, 200×150px, white/light background, no selfies/caps/sunglasses). Select preferred exam centre — 16 centres (one per Kerala district + Bengaluru + Chennai). Centre allocation final at admit card stage.

Pay Registration Fee Online

Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking. Review all details before paying.

• General: ₹1,250 for first programme/cluster + ₹250 for each additional (max 4)
• SC/ST (Kerala): ₹625 for first + ₹125 for each additional
• Application fee is non-refundable

Final Submit & Printout

Click "Final Submit" after fee payment. Take a printout of the Application Confirmation Document — keep it safe. Do NOT send hard copies to the University. Submit originals at the time of admission to the respective department.

Download Hall Ticket (April 8, 2026) & Appear for Exam

Download admit card from cat.mgu.ac.in from April 8, 2026 using Application Number and password. Hall ticket will have the exact venue, date and exam time. Carry printed hall ticket + valid photo ID. No individual call letters sent by post.

Reservation PolicyAdmission follows Kerala University reservation norms including SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS, Differently Abled (PwD), and other categories as per Government of Kerala norms. Detailed reservation chapter in Prospectus 2026. Claims for mandatory reservation and bonus marks made at time of online registration cannot be altered later — be careful when applying.

Bonus Marks / WeightageEligible bonus marks added to CAT score for preparation of rank list. Categories include: NCC, NSS, Ex-Servicemen wards, Sports, and other categories as per MGU norms. Details available in Chapter 10 of the Prospectus 2026 at cat.mgu.ac.in.

BBA LLB (Hons.) — Eligibility by CategoryGeneral: 45% aggregate in Plus Two/Class XII; SC/ST/PwD: 40% aggregate; OBC: 42% aggregate. This is the only 5-year integrated programme in the CAT 2026 list open to Plus Two students.
