Applications are invited for the admission of VNC/MFC for the year 2024-2025 and the application form and Prospectus can be downloaded from CIFNET website: www.cifnet.gov.in and can apply with necessary documents and application fee.
COURSE DETAILS
- 1. Two years trade course with practical training on board deep sea fishing vessel out at sea and these Courses are introduced by Directorate General of Training, Government of India, New Delhi under Craftsmen Training Scheme of NCVT
- 2. The courses are conducted at CIFNET Kochi/Chennai/Visakhapatnam and these courses are Residential courses.
- Pass in 10th Standard with 40% marks in Mathematics and Science separately and the candidates who are appearing for 10th exams during 2024 are also eligible.
- AGE : 15to 20 yrs as on 1st August 2024.Upper Age is relaxable to SC/ST by 5years
- : Rs. 350/- for General/OBC and Rs. 175/- for SC/ST Demand Draft drawn in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Kochi payable at Ernakulam
- Last Date to receive the filled in application along with necessary documents is 14.06.2024
- Filled in application along with necessary documents like copies of mark sheet (SSLC/HSC), valid community certificate if SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS and Original Demand Draftdrawn in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer, Kochi must be sent to “The Director, CIFNET, Fine Arts Avenue, Foreshore Road Kochi-682016“. Incomplete application is likely to be rejected.
